Use a Hand Dredge in The White Mountains

In New Hampshire's White Mountains motorized dredging in NOT allowed. However The use of a PVC pipe hand dredge is.... This works good in spots so you can suck up lots of dirt. It works better then a shovel once you got the hole started. You can loose alot of gold falling back in your hole that your shovel will never get. Use the hand dredge to suck up any gold that falls back in your hole. It also works great for sucking out cracks in bedrock. Most come with different size tips so you can work differnt holes. It also gives you a break from shoveling, change of pace.
